General Information
Most of our items are imported direct from China. We place our order, when payment is received from you.
FedEx Shipping
Free 2-day shipping. Full Turnaround is 4-6 days. Should anything happen with your package because of customs, Portable-Fun will not be held responsible. We will, of course, do whatever we can for you.
Discount
There are no discounts for under 3 phones. If you would like to place an order for more than 3 phones, please contact us directly.
Warranty
All phones come with a 30 Day factory warranty against defects.
Exchanges
Because we do not stock the products here, exchanges take some time. They need to be sent to China for repairs, then they will come back in the next shipment. Exchanges are for the same main products only, accessories are not included, and would need to be purchased seperately.
Returns
Please choose carefully. We dont give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Unfortunately, due to the high returns for reasons that had nothing to do with our products, we have needed to take a "No Remorse" policy. This means all sales final, only exchanges for the same item, at the customers added expense, will be allowed. We hate to do this. The main cause, was that certain AT&T towers would not accept certain phones, but would work fine in others. This has nothing to do with our phones, but exclusively be an AT&T issue. If this scares you, buy locally. For the record, we have never had a T-Mobile issue. |
